Meet Melissa (she/her)

Hey there—I'm so glad you’ve found your way here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or just plain exhausted from life doing the most, you’re not alone. I’m here to walk alongside you through the messy, the uncertain, and everything in between.

With over 10 years of experience in the social work field—including work in domestic violence and community mental health—I’ve had the honor of supporting teens, adults, and families through some of their toughest chapters. I believe therapy should feel safe, affirming, and human—a space where you can exhale, feel seen, and just be yourself without masks or shame.

My vibe is compassionate, grounded, and real. I'm not here to “fix” you—you’re not broken. I’m here to hold space, ask the big (and small) questions, and help you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and what matters most to you.

I support people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, mood disorders, perinatal challenges, relationship stress, and life transitions. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’re returning with new goals, I’ll meet you where you are with care and curiosity.

My style is holistic and person-centered, blending tools like EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, IPT, and more. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—what matters most is what works for you. Therapy with me is collaborative: you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to support and guide you.

I offer sessions both in person and via telehealth, and I’m proud to provide LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming care. All identities and lived experiences are welcome here.

Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone—I’m here when you’re ready.
