Meet Erica (she/her)

I understand that beginning therapy can feel uncertain or even overwhelming, but I want you to know that I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way on your journey of personal growth and healing.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I deeply value and celebrate the diversity of my clients, and I’m committed to promoting equity in the therapeutic process. Your unique identity, background, and perspective are important, and I work to honor and incorporate these aspects into our sessions, especially for individuals from marginalized communities. My approach is grounded in person-centered, humanistic principles, and I use a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to fit your specific needs.

In addition to traditional therapy, I am also a trained Art Therapist. I believe that creative expression can act as a “second language” in therapy, helping you process experiences and emotions when words aren’t enough. Art therapy can be a powerful tool for enhancing mindfulness, building coping skills, and exploring deeper emotions through metaphor and imagery. No artistic skill is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to express yourself in new ways!

Along with therapy services, I also offer professional consulting, driven by a passion for empowering other therapists to navigate the complexities of starting and running a private practice. I provide guidance on both the clinical and business aspects of therapy, helping professionals take confident steps toward building successful, sustainable practices.

I look forward to working with you and supporting you on this transformative journey.
