Meet Birdie  (she/they)

Woman with long curly hair, wearing glasses and a floral dress, smiling in front of a decorative tapestry.

I am a dedicated, queer, and neurodivergent art therapist offering compassionate virtual support for adults 18 and older. I am deeply committed to serving the queer and disability communities, and I’m especially passionate about helping individuals navigate the unique challenges of both early and late diagnoses of autism and ADHD. I also specialize in supporting those dealing with PTSD, depression, and anxiety, providing a safe and nurturing space for healing and self-discovery.

With over five years of experience in a variety of therapeutic settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a welcoming, inclusive approach to my practice. I am devoted to creating environments where clients from all backgrounds feel understood, accepted, and empowered. My approach incorporates creative processes, imagery, and metaphors as powerful tools for facilitating emotional healing, personal growth, and deep self-exploration. Whether you're working through complex mental health challenges or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to guide you with empathy, creativity, and insight
